One of my notable accomplishments was helping to facilitate the merger of IMA Consulting into Revint Solutions through a major investment by a New York-based private equity firm.In 2019, I was hand-picked by Joe Hand executives to take the organization to that next level. As someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, I saw tremendous growth potential for this family-owned media distribution company and was given the freedom to improve a number of critical areas. These improvements included completely revamping JHP’s CRM application, enhancing workflows, creating a formal budgeting process, creating and deploying an e-commerce system, oversight of the company’s technology stack, codifying compensation structures and designing a comprehensive benefits package that better suits today’s workforce and serves as a recruitment tool for top talent.Well-versed at bringing companies together, I spent three years leading the integration of multiple companies into a singular finance team. ❖ At Revint, created a single finance team, including a Financial Planning & Analysis department, resulting from multiple M&As ❖ At IMA Consulting, achieved YOY revenue growth as high as 50% that culminated in the sale of IMA to New Mountain Capital❖ Led due diligence responsibilities for multiple M&A activitiesI believe everyone deserves the chance to grow and flourish – and to move on to other opportunities.
