* Technology Transfer Lead- Lead process & product qualification processes for different projects that require workshop process & product qualification;- Collaborate with Global Repair Engineering Department in order to support all technology transfer processes in Bucharest shop;- Define standard operating procedures for new processes ;- Lead manufacturing risk review analysis during qualification process;- Define and support manufacturing control plan implementation for qualification projects;* Manufacturing support- Supervise manufacturing processes on a daily bases and provide support and guidance if needed;- Provide technical guidance for development and improvements of already qualified processes;- Define and review tooling and methods needed to manufacture a specific product;- Training of the manufacturing operators / process engineers on new/existing processes;* Engineering support- Support product design review in order to enable workshop tendering process;- Lead and support Root Cause Analysis processes ;- Participate in KAIZEN events ;- Sourcing department engineering support during components/materials supply that need material or manufacturing process replacement;
