ÎntreVecini (AmongstNeighbours) is an operating system for change that empowers local leaders to create communities in cities. It’s both an online platform and offline movement that democratises and decentralizes change-making. We 1. motiva people, 2. give them resources, 3. help them build skills and 4. create a tribe around them to support.2022 - 1 succesful pilot project in Bucharest,S6. 2023 - 5 other communities in Bucharest and 6 more others in the country. We aim for national coverage by 2024/2025.

Started in 2016 to make Energy Prosumers a reality, energiaTa delivered on its promise in just 3 years, creating the legislative framework needed, by creating a community of individuals, business, public authorities and other NGOs that worked together to make impossible possible unlocking 120M Euro in the first year. In 2019 there were 0 prosumers. At the end of 2023 there are expected to be 100.000.Also created the first Prosumers’ Guide for Prosumers now widely used: energiaTa.org/ghidEnergiaTa community is now 20.000 people and organisations.Responsibilities & Achievements▪ I co-founded this project, in the attempt of solving a big problem present in the energy sector, the lack of representation for the small producers▪ I have actively participated in the Public Consultation groups by the Ministry of Energy.▪ Successfully implemented our feedback regarding prosumers into National Energy Strategy▪ The community we created numbers +20.000 people

At the beginning we were just a few people with the purpose of creating a sustainable house, but in time it became a Romanian top NGO about sustainability having more than 10 projects related to education for students and professionals, green buildings, electric mobility, smart cities.We participated in 2 editions of the most important competition for solar homes Solar Decathlon, in 2014 in Versailles, France and 2018 in Dubai, UAE getting, win won for 2 times the national competition for Europe Climate Kic. Over 600 students and researchers strongly worked together in the last yeasr to develop all our programs, putting over 200.000 hours of volunteer work. We convinced over 300 companies to support our mission and fulfill the 3.000.000 Euro estimated budget for the project Accomplishments:▪ won over 40 national and international awards in the last 7 years becoming one of the most awarded NGOs in Romania▪ we designed and built one of the most sustainable houses in Europe▪ 4C (2014) become Romania’s first Research Center for Comfort Conditions▪ Signature (2018) was rated the highest LEED building in Europe with 105p▪ developed the first solar charging station for electric cars▪ developed a Solar tree to generate electricity and internet in communities▪ worked with and trained over 1000 students and researchers to develop all our programs.▪ over 150.000 people touched by the projects we developed

In October 2020, I was responsible for Romania's application to host the 2023 European edition of the world's best competition for sustainable homes - Solar Decathlon. For this I assembled a team of 19 diverse professionals and together we delivered magic, winning the bid and being nominated to host this life-changing competition in Romania. We had to deliver a concept, choose the right location, create the budget and prove we can achieve this amazing mission after 3 previous participations in the Solar Decathlon competition. We passed with flying colours. In the summer of 2023, around 20 teams which are going to be selected, will assemble their sustainable homes in Romania and get scored on 10 contests. After succesfully winning the bid, I remained an Advisor to the project for a few months.Responsibilities & Achievements▪ Create the team▪ Coordinate the efforts and monitor progress in a tight timeframe▪ Get Romania to host Solar Decathlon

Romania Green Building Council is member of World Green Building Council - an association of businesses and other active Romanian organizations that promotes environmental responsibility and energy efficiency in fields such as: design, constructions, technology. The goal of the national consultation was to facilitate the dialogue, gain an understanding of the benefits and a sense of the collective responsibility of all interested parties in order to successfully transform the existing building stock, both public and private, across all building types.Responsibilities & Achievements▪ one of the #BuildUpon team leaders that coordinated the public consultation all over Romania, by travelling over 4000 km around the country▪ co-organised 10 workshops in București, Galați, Timișoara, Craiova, Brașov, Iași, Brașov, Cluj▪ gathered 400 stakeholders of different age, and social and economic background, including building occupants and local and national public sector representatives, industry, and civil society▪ helped creating and reviewing the recommendations for Romania’s Renovation Strategy▪ recommendations were took into consideration by Romania's Ministry of Development

PRISPA was the fist Romanian team ever to participate to the Solar Decathlon. The competition’s purpose is to design and build a fully solar energy efficient home, which can be assembled within the space of 14 days. All the teams that got qualified (18 from 14 countries) were scored on 10 contests, from architecture to engineering, communication or industrialisation. Accomplishments:▪ 2nd in Energy Efficiency Contest▪ 4th on Electrical Energy Balance Contest▪ 2nd at Public Choice Award. ▪ 9th place out of 18 General▪ the most interdisciplinary approach experience until that moment (10 domains)
