FTU Innovation and Incubation Space (FIIS) is a comprehensive ecosystem promoting globle entrepreneurship and innovation. Socail Impact Pathway (SIP100) is a 100-day incubation program to challenge socially-minded founders to reach sustainable business growth and promote the process of digital transformation.

YouthStart Community (YSC) is a non-profit organization that aims to foster the youth start-up community and connect parties in the innovation ecosystem towards sustainable development.Our goals are to promote the spirit of social entrepreneurship and enhance the innovative leadership capacities of young founders.

Assisted Prof. Nguyen Thanh Do (Former Vice Rector and Head of NEU Communist Party) in research related to the Business Management field with the following tasks: -Performed literature review of 3 studies on topics regarding business management such as career success; green behavior; innovative leadership; etc. - Researched, translated and summarized key texts on management and supervision topics, utilizing various books and reference materials- Conducted 3 surveys on over 500 workers and 348 managers in Ha Noi, facilitating insightful analysis for 3 studies.

Coordinated with the project team to implement a social impact business project called ShoePlus with the following responsibilities:- Cooperated with DRD organization to connect and encourage people with disabilities to join ShoePlus workforce, resulting in 8 disabled people having a chance to get more income and integrate into the community.- Conducted research on the market and 16 competitors in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City to propose customer-centric marketing strategies and efficient sales processes.-Produced marketing materials for social media (videos; designs, fan page content) - Delivered technical training related to shoe-cleaning service, managed and motivated disabled employees to achieve their full potential.

Taught Communication English to approximately 500 students across 24 classes in total after one year: - Developed and delivered engaging lessons, incorporating a variety of activities such as games, debates, group work, and role-playing, resulting in a high level of student interest and participation, Achieved a 95% pass rate of students passing the course with high scores.

I have worked as a relationship manager in MB bank in an internship program for 3 months. It was an interesting experience that helps me learn more about working as a professional banker. I had an opportunity to support, advise, and sell some services for customers such as credit card, debit card, application or raise capital.
