OFFICE OF THE CIO (HR & Operations)Member of IS Senior Leadership Team leading People Strategy for 1000 geographically dispersed employees and core aspects of IS Operating Model (Capacity/Resource Management, Staffing, and Time Tracking).•Defines, implement, and oversee IS HR strategy/processes to build culture of engagement, development, recognition, performance management, retention, and leadership.•Directs standardized IS approach to HR practices, including hiring, performance management, compensation, recognition, training, development, employee relations, and goal setting.•Leads key aspects of IS Operations (Capacity/Resource Management, Staffing, and Time Tracking) to align daily and longitudinal IS activities to goals and metrics.•Reports to CIO in managing key metrics and dashboards reflecting effective implementation of IS People Strategy and Operations.•Manages IT Administration and Work Space, including related budget for department-shared expenses such leases/moves/upgrades, travel, conferences, special events, and equipment.PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)Directs the PMO & Project Delivery teams of >100 direct reporting and affiliated PMs, Infrastructure builders, & asset management/deployment teams throughout BSWH. Provides management for >250 projects, totaling >1 million planned work hours across multiple years, and >$350M in Capital project cost. •Directs project management standards/metrics through standardized practices, tools, policies, and partnerships to expand and mature execution capabilities for BSWH, with core processes and metrics captured in ServiceNow.•Provides reporting on Project metrics (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues, success criteria) for IS and BSWH leadership/stakeholders•Ensures standardized interface with IS Plan team (demand intake, prioritization, governance, and initiation of projects) for process assurance.
