Selected to be the VP of communications and marketing for the Desautels African Business Initiative, the first student-run African business-focused conference club in Canada. It offers an annual conference to educate the McGill community about the growing business opportunities in Africa. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and implementing plans to increase engagement, creating marketing presentations for stakeholders and coordinating with and managing partners.

- Improved the accuracy of the company's estimate costs which were then provided to their clients.- Worked directly with several engineering departments and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure supporting documents were completed accurately.- Tracked and recorded expenses and reconciled accounts to maintain accurate, current and compliant financial records. Produced high-quality documents, spreadsheets and presentations for internal and customer-facing needs using Microsoft Excel.-These documents are currently used by the company to improve estimates.
