Provided leadership, strategic direction and coordination for the resource development department. Responsibilities included donor cultivation and stewardship, support to 100+ donor advised fundholders, and serving as a primary liaison to professional advisor community of estate planning attorneys, CPAs, wealth advisors, CFPs, and others.

Responsible for program development, fundraising, and grantmaking by the Women's Fund. Secured ongoing partnership to solidify the first education and microloan program for women in the county. Launched a multi-agency, multi-year initiative - Girls' Health in Girls'' Hands. Initiated the Fund's inaugural endowment campaign.
