In my role as an Innovation Consultant at the Technological Institute's Center for Innovation and Digital Transformation, my role involves working on the digital transformation of Danish SMEs. My areas of focus include business development, resilience, and service business enhancement.I am a contributing consultant on several projects, all of which are aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and innovation capacity of our clients. As a Junior Consultant, I primarily focused on supporting consultants in their work by streamlining the process to deliver value to clients. I worked within a multidisciplinary domain, with tasks ranging from research and preparation to presentations, business development, innovation processes, and skill development within digital transformation and innovation. Notably, I also served as an assistant project manager on the Modstandsdygtig.DK project.
