CurrentWorking with bespoke and off-the-shelf solutions for defence forces:• Steering the technical direction for extensions to the SitaWare suite of products, including leading a combined threat model of the extensions.• Leading designs during proposals, including serving as a core technical team member for a major proposal to an international defence alliance, which resulted in a win.• Defining and standardising processes, tools, infrastructure, and development environments.• Managing configuration, requirements, processes, and releases.• Assisting in recruiting developers and architects as the technical interviewer across three different offices.• Etablishing new teams and development offices as the Project Quality Responsible.• Mentoring and auditing colleagues across the organisaiton.
