In the role, I’ve increased the quality of the engineering product after defining processes and procedures for throughput of workflow. Furthermore, I’ve played an integral leadership role building a team of up to 20 personnel, including the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, Senior Thermal Analyst, and Senior Structural Analyst. Previously with General Atomics, I increased the power, durability, and quality of high-energy lasers and achieved 90% on-time delivery while managing fabrication and manufacturing, from material planning, procurement to configuration and assembly.Earlier, at Neumann Systems Group, I co-invented a (now-patented) product that reduced costs 90% while simultaneously increasing scalability.
