By providing individual attention to each player and organising essential team-building sessions, I have strengthened my skills in team cohesion and connecting individuals.As the Indoor Hockey Technical Coordinator, I was responsible for coordinating all aspects of indoor hockey within the club. Despite the late assignment to the role and limited preparation time, the club was very pleased with my work. This experience served as a valuable learning opportunity, allowing me to strengthen my skills in efficiency, management, and leadership.

I delivered several presentations at various clubs, with the freedom to showcase my personal knowledge. My presentations continue to be used to this day.

I am proud to say that I successfully led the girls to this level.As Field Coordinator, I was tasked with ensuring that exercises were executed correctly by guiding trainers in pedagogical techniques while also expanding their hockey knowledge. I supervised four trainers and introduced creative methods, such as weekly quizzes and interactive sessions for collaboratively designing training plans, to enhance their skills. This approach led to positive results and feedback.

At the club where my career as an elite athlete began, I had the opportunity to coach the under-14 girls’ team. At the time, the players had technical and tactical gaps and were drawn from four different teams. This year taught me how to build trust within a group, even in challenging circumstances. By staying committed to the process and showing continued confidence, I saw steady improvement in performance, culminating in the team’s first championship.As Field Coordinator, I was responsible for setting up weekly exercises, overseeing 4 to 8 trainers per field. My primary role involved directing the trainers and ensuring that the exercises were executed properly.When the pandemic began, I was appointed as a staff member to keep the club's youth engaged. Through online challenges, videos, and group lessons, we established a points system in which every member participated. This experience enhanced my technological and creative skills and was met with positive feedback from both the club and its members.

During a reorganization of the administrative division of Zorg en Zekerheid, I carried out various tasks within the Policy Administration, focusing on optimizing processes during a busy period when many people change their health insurance policies. I contributed to tasks such as legally registering new insured individuals while also being challenged to improve existing processes by applying the LEAN methodology. This involved identifying bottlenecks, analyzing workflows, and implementing new procedures, which not only strengthened my problem-solving skills and critical thinking but also enhanced my understanding of process optimization within a dynamic work environment.

As a hockey enthusiast, I started at Sportways as a staff member at their hockey camps and was later promoted to Technical Director at the age of 17. In this role, I successfully managed multiple camps, organising the whole planning and overseeing its implementation with an average of 100 children and 12 trainers.

During my first work experience, I developed essential communication skills as I had to reach out to school department managers and inform them about our services. In my role, I ensured that our sales managers could schedule appointments by approaching high schools through cold calling. This experience significantly boosted my confidence, as I became the second-best salesperson on the sales team.
