Privately owned Williamson-Dickie has been manufacturing and selling apparel under the DICKIES® brand since 1922 and is the largest manufacturer of workwear worldwide. Prior to current position, served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of IMCO Recycling, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company, the world’s largest recycler of aluminum and zinc, and in that capacity responsible for all legal affairs, including corporate governance and SEC reporting .
