My principal area of practice is intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent litigation. I enjoy representing clients in a wide variety of fields, including medical devices, chemical processes, telecommunications hardware and standards, computer hardware and software, semiconductor manufacturing and design, fossil energy generation and exploration, and renewable energy generation. I have represented both IP owners and defendants in all stages of patent litigation, including in district courts around the country, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
