Having served 9 years as enlisted before switching over to become an officer I have learned the importance of people first and how important team work can be as well as networking with others. I am motivated and great listener and can communicate effectively with everyone. I am never afraid to ask questions and am always willing to help lead and develop others and ask for mentorship. I am not only about improving myself but helping others along the way.
