- Directly managed 16 Outside Sales Representatives and responsible for generating $18 million in annual sales revenues. Reported directly to company CEO and was a member of company executive team. - Optimized sales appointment routing and developed a product specialization plan for sales representatives to increase customer satisfaction and to decrease drive times between appointments resulting in an increase of team average revenue per appointment by 19% in 2017. - Implemented a live sales representative performance dashboard to expand visibility of sales department performance as well as increase individual accountability. This led to quicker and more impactful training resulting in boosting year-over-year sales revenues by 16% and self generated sales revenues by 10% in 2018. - Enabled the use of digital signature technology company wide. Eliminating the need for physical signatures from customers dramatically cut down on both sales rep’s and operation’s time spent driving. - Created and implemented a digitization process for our sales order packet. This gave everyone in our company visibility to all sold job components which resulted in compressed sales order processing times, enhanced operational efficiency and fewer errors.

- Directly managed 18 Service Technicians responsible for repairing, servicing and maintaining HVAC systems. - Reduced and put tighter controls on service parts inventory to create stronger cash flows and reduce shrinkage. These initiatives resulted in a 4% higher profit margin for the department in 2015. - Instituted a technician incentive program revolving around increasing customer satisfaction. This program resulted in an increase in maintenance plan membership by 31% as well as helping the department achieve the highest annual customer satisfaction ratings in department history in 2016. - Developed and deployed a tablet program to enable field employees the ability to send and receive job results from the job site. This empowered management to see job completion records in real time and respond to issues faster.

- Created and developed a new Home Performance Division within an established HVAC company. - Responsible for all levels of sales and install process: starting with lead generation, to in-home energy assessments, to booked sales and quality assurance. Required a high degree of coordination with other departments within the company to execute new division sales. - Financial accomplishments include generating $1.1 million in revenue in the division’s first year of operation, and increasing revenues by 39% in the department’s second year of operation.
