As Co-founder and COO I wear many hats. My experience ranges from product innovation and development, to supply chain / raw material procurement, to manufacturing, ERP systems oversight and all things operations straight to consumer facing education and marketing. I remain eager to continue my professional development as well as create products that bring long term value, excitement and intrigue to people who are always thrilled to discover something new.

Spending over 20 years in the hospitality industry and 10 as an entrepreneur my experience ranges from bussing tables to developing beverage programs to commercializing beverage products and running operations for a nationally distributed beverage brand. I believe deeply in servant leadership and that the success of any organization is tied directly back to the success of it's individual team members. I offer ad hoc consulting and advice for hospitality and CPG startups in the food & beverage industry.

Learned about hospitality, efficiency and speed in high volume, high energy environment. Became an expert bartender.
