Alongside two peers, founded Black Mentorship In Technology (BlackMINT). BlackMINT is a Canadian Non-profit is dedicated to increasing Black representation in the technology workforce. Black people are 3.5% of the Canadian population but make up only 2.6% of the tech workforce, indexing lower than any other ethnicity in Canada. The demand for tech professionals is increasing, and Black tech professionals make up a sector of this industry that is far too small. Key activities:* Mentoring Black high school students, encouraging them to pursue careers in tech* Created learning curriculum for 9-month mentorship program* Collaborated with peers and external partners to create a mentorship program for 60+ Black High School Students

Aggregate mappings arerecursive relationships between models and elements in models• Implemented aggregate mappings for the tool using Java reflection and serialization• Developed in Java using Eclipse, Eclipse Graphical Modeling Framework (GMF) and EclipseModeling Framework (EMF)• Created meta-models using UML. The meta-models can be plugged into the tool so that modelscan be created.
