Fusion Dental’s purpose is to level the playing field that large group dental practices and corporate dental offices have over traditional dental models; small solo practices, and solo dental specialists. In my position I am concentrating on acquisition and partnership opportunities and hiring dentists that fit Fusion Dental's culture. Over the last two years I was responsible for overseeing the creation of Fusion Dental's corporate paperwork, establishing banking relationships, hiring the executive team to include dentists, finding acquisition opportunities, and re-organizing the reporting structure of an existing large dental practice. In addition I oversaw a 3,000 square foot expansion of that practice.

Increased collections 43% in three years and oversaw the expansion of staff from 19 to 32 employees.
