Led all aspects of operations for the Oregon and Washington regions (21 clinics).  Responsible for overseeing the success for overall operations including fiscal, clinical, technical, regulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspective.  Supervised, hired, and trained all providers and support staff. This included responsibility for the clinical quality of care for over 40 Board Certified Behavior Analysts, 375 licensed support staff and 500+ patients.  Resolved all personnel issues between providers, staff, patients, and caregivers.  OR & WA Medicaid Coordinator for CARD.

Gresham, Oregon. Sw Washington

Led all aspects of operations to success for a multi-site multi-provider physical therapy, chiropractic and therapeutic massage practice.  Supervised, hired and trained all providers and support staff. Created and implemented all HR functions (i.e. job descriptions, performance evaluations, merit increases, hiring/training/motivation and supervision.  Resolved all personnel issues between doctors, staff and patients.  Improved staff retention by 80%.

Oregon And Sw Washington

Led operations for the 16 dental offices in East Portland, Southern Oregon and Southwest WA Regions. Created financially successful and employee engaged cultures that focused on providing dignity, respect, and courtesy for all patients, providers and staff.  Supervised, hired and trained office management and personnel (60+ dentists/specialist and 255 staff). Resolved all personnel issues between Managing Dentists, Practice Managers, staff and patients. Developed and continually exceeded budgetary goals ($50+ million annually) for each year.Projects: Created an innovative new dental workforce (dental therapists) under Oregon Senate Bill 738b and the Oregon Health Authority. (State Project Director). Improved access from 56 days to 5 days for 500,000 patients in 3 states (Oregon, Washington and Idaho).  Implemented transition from paper charts to electronic charts (Axium) for all 250 dentists and specialists.  Researched, implemented and improved telephonic system (Mitel) for the enterprise (1,500 employees). Directed the education programs of 3 academic institutions to provide computer and professional skills to adult learners. This entailed providing leadership for increasing the volume of admissions through marketing strategies. These three facilities were located in Vancouver, WA, Beaverton, OR and Salem, OR.  Led all operations for the Central Pacific Region. Inspired and supervised Executive Directors, Deans and 60 instructors/support staff.  Supervised the leadership team of admissions, career services, instruction and finance. Led all Directors in performance management, interviews and disciplinary actions.  Created and implemented the budget for all programs.  Assured compliance with all Federal, State Education and Financial regulations.

Austin, Tx, San Marcos Tx, Seguin, Tx

Led the facility in providing 24/7/365 administrative direction for 3 psychiatric treatment facilities in Austin, Tx and San Marcos, Tx for youth ages 12-21. This included the supervision and adherence of multiple contracts including every US state and 3 international countries. The largest US state contract involved the psychiatric treatment and safety of youth offenders with the Texas Department of Corrections.  Directed, trained and mentored 100 employees. Provided administrative partnership for treatment and case reviews for all patients and inmates.  Instructed and implemented all JCAHO and OSHA Federal and State regulations.  Investigated all grievances against employees, patients and inmates and determined the required action. Ensured the rights and safety of over 150 patients and inmates.
