In-house charted building surveyor primarily giving advice and undertaking building surveying functions to enable new lettings as well as refurbishing existing building stock to offer back to the market.Additional duties included defect diagnosis, procurement and implementation of repair works to the companies property portfolio.

Started as a graduate surveyor within the Building Consultancy team working up to the role of Senior Chartered Surveyor. My role included contract administration of repair and refurbishment works project management of design and build contracts, dilapidations negotiations for landlords and tenants, building surveys, defect diagnosis, planned maintenance programmes and the production of lease plans.
