Toby is a Managing Director at Oryx Communities and has 20 years of executive legal, commercial advisory and development experience on major construction and infrastructure projects, with specialist experience in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). He is a volunteer board member of the West Australian Music Industry Association Inc (WAM) (which is responsible for supporting, nurturing and growing all forms of contemporary music in WA), and of the Christ Church Grammar School Council, and Chair of its Foundation and Endowment Fund (which is responsible for securing the School’s independence and development of its facilities).
