My Adjudication and Background Investigation work history includes 11+ years of experience as a Senior Background Investigator (General Dynamics, KeyPoint Government Solutions, USIS) and 3 plus years as an Adjudicator with the FBI. My success in these roles have been based on my ability to accurately analyze reports and review background investigations and polygraph information to determine an applicant’s eligibility for employment or security clearance. I am credentialed in National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB) Investigations, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Investigations, Intelligence Community (IC) Investigations, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Investigations, and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Investigations. I am a Field Trainer responsible for training Investigators after completing Federal Investigation Training Course and I have additional credentials as an Integrity Assurance Field Investigator (IAFI). Throughout my career, I consistently surpassed expectations and was awarded 2-time Investigator of the Month and was recently nominated for an FBI Team Player Award. I received positive comments from managers for handling a large adjudication caseload, accuracy in completing and turning around adjudications, and successfully screening hundreds of FBI candidates in a timely manner. In addition, I am an excellent quality report writer with extensive knowledge of the SF-86 and SF-85P e-QIP and I maintain strict compliance during background checks with Federal guidelines, policies and procedures. Plus, I have an active TS/SCI with in-scope counterintelligence polygraph.
