Responsible for full cycle ground-up construction, warranty, sales, sub contractor negotiations and option pricing for all homes. Formulate objectives and understand requirements, estimate costs and prepare budgets, organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, monitor production to resolve issues, supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

Planning, scheduling, implementation & coordination of quality built homes from development through final construction on a timely & economical basis.

Overseeing the care and maintenance of all aspects of the community’s physical plant to include maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program; hiring, training and supervising of employees; coordinating of life safety and security programs; procuring of supplies, material and equipment while operating within budgets.

Manage incoming calls, respond.Assess condition of issue at hand in order to repair/replace: HVAC; finish plumbing, electrical and carpentry, to include but not limited to: tubs, sinks, faucets, lighting and receptacles, cabinets, doors, and trim. Sheetrock, interior and exterior painting, airless/roller/brush. Coordinate with contractors to complete task such as large civil and flooring other long term jobs in the most timely and cost efficient manner.
