The critical thinking involved in solving technical problems, whether physical or virtual lights me up. For over twenty years, companies have brought me something that "can't be done" and I've been able to turn it into an efficient automated process. Nothing makes me happier than telling a customer everything is ready to go.In this role, I have done significant Systems Administration, managing a network of around 100 devices by myself, hiring consultants to refresh the network, procurement, technical support, and especially shaping resources to meet company and customer needs. I've also spent a lot of time writing programs to solve problems and have several dozen programs under my belt now. I spend most of my time now staying atop industry trends and identifying those that we need to implement in order to continue to meet customer needs.
