In 2022 I joined InterTalent as a Senior Talent Agent and their Head of Gaming. My primary role in this position is the signing and management of a roster of top level gaming-first influencers as well as collaborating with the wider InterTalent group on crossover clients.Being a Senior Talent Agent at InterTalent involves connecting clients with brands and influencer marketing campaigns to aid taking their career to the next level whilst also creating and increasing their commercial revenue.

In 2011 I created the YouTube channel TobiiasGaming. As a result of exponential channel growth and increasing revenue, I later founded TobiiasGaming Ltd in 2013.Using what I had learnt at my previous position at Base79, over the next few years I grew my brand across multiple platforms resulting in a following of over 1,000,000 followers across all social networks and accumulating almost 100,000,000 views on YouTube alone.Whilst growing and building TobiiasGaming Ltd, I had the privilege to work with and alongside a wide variety of companies including the likes of Sky Sports, Manchester United, Facebook and EA Sports. Due to the social following I had built up on websites such as Twitter and Instagram, it also gave me the opportunity to collaborate with and create content for brands such as Chelsea FC, Adidas, Xbox UK and the FA through various brand deals and partnerships.

In 2012, I started a new position at Base79 as a member of the Operations team. Whilst working at Base79 my main focus was revenue assurance; making sure partners under the Base79 network maximize their return on the content they own on YouTube and multiple other platforms with efficient rights management.I was also responsible for running the YouTube channel Slash Football which involved the daily upload of football content and official match highlights from various football leagues across Europe whilst also creating and editing the titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails of all uploaded content whilst also maintaining the correct territory rights for each specific football league.Throughout my time at Base79 I also learnt about CMS and YouTube channel Management of multiple partners and clients across the Base79 network which included KSI, F2Freestylers and Guinness World Records.

In early December 2010 I began employment at the Worcester Park Waitrose branch. As a supermarket assistant at one of the UK's leading supermarkets, I helped deliver excellent customer service by working flexibly as part of a team, ensuring that stock is replenished and displayed to required standards as well as adhering to hygiene and health and safety standards at all times.The role of a supermarket assistant involves a range of tasks, including advising and serving customers, moving and replenishing stock, carrying out housekeeping activities and handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures. Whilst working at Waitrose I was required to work in any area of the branch to support the wider team when needed and to maintain the necessary business dress and hygiene standards.
