Engineered and deployed hardware technology upgrades for statewide telecom systems in Montana, such as: microwave and optical backbone for the command and control of the high voltage transmission grid, statewide-regionwide switched telephone infrastructure, SCADA systems, as well as robust VHF fixed and mobile radio covering power-line right of ways throughout the western states region. Worked with meter and relay engineering for maintenance and upgrades of programmable tele-protection channel equipment (e.g., RFL 9745 vs. 6745) for high voltage transmission system protection.
