A 30 year career in sales, growth strategies and institutional business development, initially with leading asset management companies in London, New York, Geneva and Madrid. I built and managed global sales teams across multiple regions and sat on the steering committee and management board of several high profile firms in the sector. An entrepeneurial ambition to finance and manage my own business in 2003 led to the creation of one of the world’s first lifestyle concierge companies. Combining my knowledge of international markets and the private banking and wealth management sectors in particular, I joined Ten Group in 2010. Our mission is to be the most trusted services business in the world. Having been through a public listing in 2017 we now support more than 50 financial brands with their acquisition, retention and engagement strategies and have built a market leading digital infrastructure that offers a multi-category, member facing platform that is data rich, intuitive and fully e-commerce. I have been privileged to have travelled to more than 30 countries to speak with banking and wealth leaders and have a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities they have with their next gen and digital strategies. Propositions are being reviewed and enhanced as the world faces an unprecedented intergenerational wealth transfer.
