As the Mobile Team Lead, I am responsible for sales in phones and accessories. I am also responsible for motivation and coaching the Team to success daily by setting each team member goals and team goals. Daily coaching and follow-up is part of the day to day operations working hand in hand with the Market Manager. As a member of TROC, we also work directly with Walmart helping customers with whatever they need which gives opportunities for wireless transitions.

As a Supervisor, I was responsible for monitoring and developing up to 12 agents on the call floor. These agents were to be monitored in there call time, attendance, sales and several different matrixes that that we had to manage them on such as transfers, repeats and revenue.

As a CSR, my job was to answer calls and troubleshoot customer’s problems and also offer AT&T products where applicable.
