Over the past eight years I have had the opportunity to work for several of the largest home builders in Calgary and some unique smaller builders. In the last six years I have held a Superintendent position completing four town home projects, and many single family homes. In 2016 I was recognized by my homeowners threw Avid for my customer service putting me in the top 5% of Canadian project superintendents recognized threw Avid. I have a great ability to multitask and be proactive, I find its the only way to be successful in this line of work. I take pride in ensuring that my projects stay on time and on budget threw a hands on approach. I believe that communication and organization are key because as a Superintendent you are the hub of the build, so you must maintain good relationships with all party's involved. But there is also times when you need to delegate and hold trades accountable. Site safety is also a big one for me, maintaining a clean work site and being a safety mentor to my trades is very important. What I enjoy most about the job is making things right and problem solving, every day is a learning experience with new challenges. It is a great feeling to turn over a home to it's owners, and know that I have delivered a quality product.
