Since joining Transport Initiatives I've had the opportunity to work with many local authorities ground the UK. I deliver evidence-based proposals focused on sustainable transport. The work includes production of LCWIPs and other transport policy documents. GIS mapping and spatial analysis form a large part of my work. I developed and delivered the programme that brought its management in-house, turning it into a revenue positive self-funding scheme, capable of meeting the growing demand for these facilities now and in the future, without the requirement for external funding.• Residential Parklet Programme - a scheme that allowed local residents to make use of a parking space to provide their own self-funded small local parklet.• EV charging programme• Dockless and docked cycle hire programme - Negotiating contracts with the suppliers of these schemes and ensuring compliance
