My Work PhilosophyI have always seen my role as one of communication, whether on site as an Advisor ensuring Company standards are met and circulating best practice, at my computer producing the Weekly Briefing or delivering training, the behavioural programme and mentoring and coaching, my job has never been to tell people what to do but to enable them to make the correct choices for themselves.In 2014 I decided that professional coaching skill would be the next step in my development gaining the ILM level 5 certificate and have coached staff locally and new starters nationally.I strongly believe that these skills are needed through out the industry, but must be employed within a framework to maintain momentum and cross fertilize both behavioural programmes and networks of Mental Health First Aiders (being qualified in all these fields I know that the skill base is complimentary). I have worked on my own, within small and large teams, with Clients, Contractors and the Enforcement bodies, leading and following and have always sought to use my singular identity to question, support and challenge work colleagues team mates and family to achieve their goals.I bring innovation that may be Incremental, Disruptive, Architectural or Radical but temper this with a core value that recognises people act for the best possible reasons so listen and value others.
