Professional Background:I have approximately 10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, covering initial product design planning, functional testing, customer education and training, and product servicing. I possess comprehensive experience in product lifecycle planning.Current Role:In new product development, I engage extensively with customers to understand their needs, propose design suggestions, and respond to issues. I prefer on-site communication with customers to better understand their requirements and incorporate mutually agreed solutions into the development plan. One of the successful products I developed is a dispensing equipment that uses AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) calculations to determine patterns, calculate offsets and angles, and compute motor paths.Technical Expertise:I am proficient in programming languages C#, using object-oriented design to reduce the time required for integrating similar components.International Experience:I have been responsible for equipment installations in California and China, collaborating with colleagues to complete customer training, coordinating with customer IT staff, managing loading/unloading procedures, and establishing(build) automated systems. Our team successfully delivered equipment on schedule.Career Goals:Due to my excellent work performance, I was promoted to the position of R&D Team Leader.
