- Hire, train, develop, and coach staff in multidisciplinary hotel departments with limited and full-service properties- Maintain day to day operations while focusing on hotel profitability via revenue generation, monitoring departmental budgetary expenses, and maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction scores for repeat clientele business- Learn and adapt to a multitude of franchise hotel brand standards (Marriott, IHG, Choice, etc.) and hotel property management software (Fosse, Opera, Choice Advantage, Nitevision, etc.)- Travel 95% percent of the time

Task Force Operations Manager is responsible for serving as a support manager of multi-brand portfolio of properties during times of transition.

- Maintain and generate revenue for multiple locations of hotels throughout the state of ND to achieve sales goals- Increase clientele base by developing rapport, meeting, communicating and detailing clientele objectives for proposed events- Work closely and supervise with multidisciplinary teams of the hotel for an exemplary customer experience

- Maintained and facilitated over 150 accounts within ND and MT regions- Increased sales growth for current customers by evaluating penetration gaps of monthly purchases and showcasing new innovative food ideas for customer’s facilities- Conducted quarterly customer business reviews that outlined customers trends for savings and benefits with current enrollment of group purchase organizations- Facilitated weekly communication of product/vendor shortages with customers by providing alternative solutions within their weekly spending habits- Provided value added services beyond food purchases with: staff training seminars, equipment sales and warranties, management of inventory systems, nutrition/dietary programs and providing appointments with US Foods specialists- Prospected potential clientele
