Toby’s daily involvement with staff is to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.Qualifications: Toby Mitchell brings over 19 years of experience to Classic Electric, certified as a technician, as well as an instructor in various types of electrical systems. These certifications include: NEC code and codeology, NFPA 70E, instructor and certifier of Title 24 lighting controls acceptance testing, electronic devices, circuit theory, load calculations, motor and speed control devices, and all aspects of lighting including lighting efficacy (efficiency). His work includes but is not limited to: commercial, residential, historical building upgrades, industrial, clean rooms, environmental controlled areas, agriculture, motors, control cabinets, Program Logic Control, specialty builds, explosion proof conduit/wiring and motor speed drives. Classic Electric installs data/comm, networking, fiber, and even video. We also perform building energy audits, power quality assessments and offer various levels of solutions. Toby Mitchell is also a consultant for the County of Santa Barbara Building Department and performs plan reviews for the county.Personal Life/Hobbies I am married to Heidi Mitchell since 2006, and we have two children Maebellene (2010) and Hank (2014). We spend most of our free time working on our tiny house and small farm (goats, chickens, and ducks). We also enjoy renovating vintage trailers and attending vintage trailer rallies.
