The three founding Directors have worked with each other for over 15 years and have a combined 70 years of experience in the property industry, predominantly in the industrial sector.The Directors have an established track record of raising, investing and returning equity to institutional investors with real performance. Coupled with uninterrupted relationships built upon in excess of 15 years with property agents across the UK, banks and principals, this track record will assist with sourcing and securing stock. The track record is supported by an undisputed reputation of performing on acquisitions on price and time having transacted on £1.25 billion alone in the period 2009 – 2015.Ribston’s dual locations of London and Yorkshire allows for great coverage of the UK and the ability to capitalise on the Directors’ unrivalled contact base.
