I collaborate with designers and technical staff and manage consultants during the design process to develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, design plans, specifications and standards, and cost estimates of capital projects. I manage I perform construction administration during the construction phase of projects and oversee the general contractor and/or construction management firms; review and facilitate change orders and inspection reports; monitor construction to ensure compliance with project specifications; certify payment requests; and maintain construction records.I conduct or manags feasibility studies for specific projects contained within the Land Use Plans. and coordinate environmental analysis in accordance with CEQA. I secure any necessary permits. and assist in analyzing options for project funding, including preparing and administering of grants.

I coordinate the development and implementation of a Land Conservation Plan for properties located in the Sierra Nevada and the Cascade Mountain Ranges.I oversee the work performed by a variety of consultants, including scopes, budgets and schedules. I prepare and deliver presentations to and facilitate meetings with community groups, elected officials, board and committee members.

Developed Wetland Delineation Maps, Preserve/Impact Plans, and Species Distribution Maps. Created land use plans to aid in mitigation and habitat creation and assisted in writing permitting reports.
