I am an Emory and Henry College graduate with a Bachelor's in Environmental Science. I possess a wide range of skills including; field and lab testing, soil/water sampling, environmental documentation, policy and procedure implementation, scientific writing and research, report generation/writing, supervision/team management, fleet management, time management, proficiency in all Microsoft applications, forestry equipment operation, and utility line clearance vegetation management.I am currently an Operations Supervisor for Lucas Tree Experts. My current responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Supervising personnel in various company operations across multiple locations to secure and maintain business operations- Ensuring all equipment and support vehicles maintain an adequate inventory of the necessary items for daily operation- Coordinating repairs with vendors for out-of-service equipment within a timely manner to ensure company revenue- Supervising State of South Carolina crews, scheduling, directing, auditing, and performing activities related to tree work for utility and private customers- Working with various community members and homeowners to ensure proper work is completed and all parties are satisfied- Managing an average of 25 employees daily to ensure production numbers are met and safety standards are upheld
