In my current position as Director of Operations for ANC Enterprises, I am provided with the opportunity to leverage my experience to expand ANC's manufacturing capabilities, capacity and overall efficiency with the objective of generating greater value return for our customers. During this time, I also developed a good understanding of global Supply Chain Management. Moving from Account Management into the role of National Sales Manager allowed me to further increase and diversify our business portfolio where I was successful in increasing our revenue and GP.My broad understanding of the business subsequently had me move into the role of Commercial Manager of Operations. My responsibilities included line and process optimisation through implementing CI initiatives and increased automation. I participated in the construction and renovation of dedicated manufacturing spaces providing me with valuable experience in designing optimum layouts to compliment work flows and optimise efficiency.
