Having obtained certificates in Positive Psychology and Yoga at Kripalu’s Wholebeing Institute, I understand firsthand the value of the science behind human joy as well as the importance of integrating mind, body and spirit to help the healing process. As a Positive Psychology Life Coach, I thoroughly enjoy helping people realize their ultimate potential. Perhaps this passion stems from a first-hand understanding of “marker” events, which can change your life in an instant. Motivated by my own personal experiences, I am now unyielding in my quest to help others navigate challenges and succeed in their lives. In a nutshell, I am most inspired by serving others. Whether I am raising funds for charity work, creating and deploying innovative programs for senior citizens, orchestrating a health and wellness event or serving on multiple boards for the underprivileged, I know exactly how to take people and performance to the next level.
