I am currently dealing with farmers across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Essex and Suffolk. Trading in all combinable crops. We also sell quality seed ranging from cereals to cover crops.

I have also helped organise and taken part in direct mail campaigns. The first we ran from our office, the second we designed and all of the information was outsourced to a local company to complete. I have also organised road-shows in which we had information packs made up to give prospective tenants and also to raise the profile of Housing21. My role within my present team involves a hands on approach and sees me having to priorities a heavy workload. I deal with many different departments both internally and externally, I am always professional both in my image as well as the way I communicate with my colleagues, potential tenants and other companies that we may be using. One of the most affect ways we find of marketing is newspaper adverts. If I do not personally design these I will find the information, backgrounds and fonts and I will proof read all of these before it goes to press. My role at Lloyds TSB was a Personal Banking Manager, this position would see me calling customers, liaising with other colleagues and also interviewing customers. I would interview people in very different financial situations, some would have very little, and others would be millionaires. I found treating everybody equally, with honesty and integrity and having a professional and mature approach would build solid relationships
