CRO / Component Repair and Overhaul:Working as a CRO Executive at AJW Aviation Group, within my role I ensure seamless delivery for our customer demands by managing key supplier accounts within the aircraft repair order cycle. Our main customers include EasyJet and Aer Lingus as well as a large number of PBH contracts, collaborating with internal and external partners to guarantee on-time delivery and exceed KPI’s. Day to day involves building relationships and working closely with my portfolio of Customers, processing repair orders, negotiating quotations, and expediting critical components ensuring I am performing to KPI’s and Customer contract terms.My key skills include excellent communication & strong working relationships with my suppliers, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Quickly identifying and resolving issues that may impact on the business-as-usual operation. I contribute to enhancing supplier performance and resolving operational issues efficiently.Previously in Import Compliance at AJW Aviation Group as part of the Logistics department. This involved dealing with the importation of all customs-controlled material into the UK for AJW. Making sure we as a company are compliant in the declarations we make, to ensure the information we provide is correct and in line with government rules and regulations. Accurately paying the correct VAT and duties on our imported goods where applicable. My previous role at AJW was also in the Logistics department, dealing with all goods being exported. This involved organising the transportation of all Aircraft parts being shipped out of AJW to either be sold, repaired or scrapped to wherever they are required around the world.
