While we are a Technology Consultancy, we are a people business, and my role remains focussed on delivering maximum value for our people, clients and community.

DadBods was a Men's Health organisation aimed at helping men understand that when they prioritise their own well-being, they are empowered to be better fathers, sons, workers, partners and friends.What started as a fitness program for men of a certain age, expanded to a wide variety of events, demographics, social causes and wellness initiatives. This included a number of triathlons, fundraisers, adventure races, and fitness challenges, working with a slew of organisations including Darkness 2 Daylight, 12RNDs, Goodlife Health Clubs, & Young Henrys.While DadBods as an organisation was formally wrapped up at the close of 2021 - the community remains strong, still training together, supporting one another, and advocating for a realistic, holistic approach to men's health.

Throughout my career as a Personal Trainer, I enjoyed coaching a wide variety of clientele through almost every situation, limitation and motivation possible.I worked with all types of people, from fitness models and athletes through to high performing white collar professionals. In the latter years of my career I focussed largely on special populations, working with injury and surgery rehabilitation & prevention, and a wide variety of disabilities, often through the NDIS.I also trained and mentored other Trainers/Coaches, spending time developing their skillsets, and engaging those that showed capability to work with my clients.My approach to health and fitness is simple:Focus on natural principles (movement, diet, sunlight etc), and everything else falls in to line.
