I am a multi-disciplinary change maker and life-long-learner with almost three decades of experience in self-employment and experience working in mentoring, coaching, not-for-profit executive management, project management, product and fashion design, performance, costume making and in the creative arts sector.I value open and explicit communication, have a growth mindset and can easily manage a range of different and complex tasks concurrently while keeping calm under pressure.I have empathetic world view and skills in active listening inform my relationships whether they be personal or with colleagues and peers. I am a natural leader and adept at problem solving and creative thinking on demand. I am just as comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment as I am confident balancing responsibility and discretion when working independently.My broad life experience and professional expertise include management, learning program design and delivery, creative thinking, coaching, mentoring, social enterprise establishment, working with socially disadvantaged people, working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, public speaking, group facilitation, urban farming, horticulture, product design and manufacturing.I am adept at creative thinking, lateral thinking, Six Thinking Hats, Design Thinking and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshop creation and facilitation.
