My leadership and drive have been integral in the development of process and standards to help drive the teams in a positive direction. •To get them these levels of excellence, I created methods of accountability. These include but are not limited to the following: Monthly Trend Analysis; Monthly Projects Development and Review; Monthly JSA, Machine Guarding and ERGO Development; Monthly Masterplan Review. •I drove efforts and have created tailored programs based on team band width. My process was integral in the sharing of over 10 best practices and improved 7 element processes through plant-to-plant collaboration. This was done for over 27 sites.•Developed a document control list and tailored it to the overall EEHS business, I conducted training and in person assessments across all 6 plants. Many of my standards and best practices that have been developed have led to a massive increase in compliance without sacrificing time and energy to plant level leadership. •I built and developed a tracking mechanism for over 145 Machine guarding documents, JSAs and LOTO documents. Lead discussions and organized efforts with over 27+ plants on developing engineering solutions to mitigate safety risk across the entire organization.•I update and currently maintain the corporate repository for over 90 documents (Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, and Training Documents).•I created a standard template for a Process Safety Management program and have been working with a CAL OSHA site to ensure that their PSM is up to date and modernized. Submittal of their PSM has been efficient and complete.

•Responsible for the development and sustainment of the entire Plant Control System (PCS) for a brand-new facility from the ground up. •Lead the implementation and standardization of the EASE safety software platform a Pregis LLC EHS safety and continuous improvement program. The site was the last to get the soft ware and the first to successfully implement for 6s, maintenance tasks and Safety Gemba’s for the entire EverTec Business Unit. •Developed and Standardized the EverTec Training Management Program. This project consisted of bringing 5 sites together to reach a consensus on critical tasks for training and development of employees for 9 roles. This project includes, but not limited to training matrices for the 9 roles, Training Guides to assist train the trainers and a pay scale progression pathway. This program was critical to the initial safety, onboarding, and future development of employees across the EverTec platform. •Lead a business unit wide initiative of Operational Excellence developing and completing over 20+ projects over the course of 1 year. This included two projects that led to the potential savings of almost +$150K in raw material costs and time savings. Both of which had ROI payback periods of just under 30 days once implemented. •Developed 20+ new standard operating procedures for the entire business unit for a product that has a life span of just over 3 years. Additionally, standardizing the document control system for the entire Business Unit. Lead the EverTec SOP video project developing 12 SOP videos for use in the overall training program for the EverTec Business Unit.•Developed a reporting structure and lead the Site Management Review of KPIs to C suite executives on the status of the Plant and its performance to make decisions about production efficiency, labor costs and raw material usage.
