I flew to Houston to train 3 Analysts on the Asia Pacific processes over the course of 2 weeks. More recently, I received SCSM training and am currently training 50+ staff in the use of the tool and the processes I helped to develop around its design.DOCUMENTATION "Document everything". This simple advice from a Teacher early on stuck with me and I've since developed a keen interest and strong skill set for the creation and streamlining of documentation. My experience helps me to understand where a business needs to develop in this area and I have created process, training, interview and induction material, knowledge articles, PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets and a legal document used globally. This was done by generating reports on who used email on their mobile device/s ahead of the go-live date, gaining approval from each person’s manager so that when the service went live, the approved staff could be activated on AirWatch straight away. This was a resounding success and Wood Group staff in Asia Pacific rolled onto AirWatch in the first week with little to no downtime to email on mobile devices. -
