About Toby Beevers

Starting life in the pastry kitchens in 1992 working in North Wales & Cheshire at 5* hotels and Michelin star restaurants. A career change in 2013 brought me to PSL, now known as Entegra Europe, one of the market leaders in procurement for hospitality, leisure, healthcare & seniors. Passionate about Social Responsibility, I have also spend 20 years as National Treasurer and business director of the Culinary Association of Wales, whose mission is to develop and raise the culinary profile of Wales.Enthusiastic about Data and how businesses can use data to drive decisions, currently studying a Data Science Degree at University of Bangor with my final year focused on Machine Learning and AI. Member of DAMA UK and ardent about Data Governance and Master data Management, with a keen eye on data democratisation and leaning how business can drive towards self service analytics, and incorporate generative AI.
