As Head of Europe Data & IT at Entegra I have the technical and data led on 8 countries across Europe, reporting to the European CEO and working within the Europe Leadership team to direct our strategic decisions on Data and System development.My role also collaborates closely with our corporate business, Sodexo, as well as our wider US based business to ensure we maximise the opportunity to leverage on system development as well as master data managements and data domains.With client facing systems seen as our differentiator, I am also responsible for developing strong partnerships with technical solution providers within the Hospitality, Healthcare, Restaurants and Leisure markets. We're not here to disrupt, we want to work in harmony with existing providers.My responsibilities include; - Defining & delivering the IT & Data roadmap to meet the business growth requirements. - Supporting M&A with IT & Data due diligence, for multiple acquisitions, before defining the technical integration of data and infrastructure and platforms. - As a fully cloud based business, I direct the team to ensure we met strict security standards with a strategy of Secure, Comply and Scale.

As Head of Systems at Entegra Europe I over see the day to day operation of our systems and business processes across the UK&I before taking responsibility for all 8 countries in 2020.With 2 direct reports, and circa. 25 indirect reports I manage the relationship with our external development partner to deliver the annual technical roadmap within an Agile/Scrum framework. I also oversee and support requirements gathering, through to testing as well as a technical customer services team and support our in region data teams with data modelling and quality.As Head of Systems based in the UK, I am a member for the UK Management Team with a direct line into the European Leadership Team to advise on our IT Roadmap and strategic development, working with our parent company, Sodexo to align our enterprise architecture pattern.My responsibilities include; - Management & security of our Microsoft Azure environment, AAD and resources. Access management across multiple AD OUs, security groups for separation of concern. - Ownership of the development lifecycle, budgets and deliverables, training & adoption. - Technical lead for Entegra's enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with global systems and business processes.

As Systems Project Manager I am the gateway between the Business and Technical Development Team, the role is similar to that of a Product Owner but extends slightly wider into managing budgets and deliverables like a PMO. During my time at Revolution I was responsible for all aspects of the food and FOH service operations including - Increasing food sales against previous year and budget, my area finish +33% L4L and +15% on budget totalling approx. £2.1M of food sales YTD.- Introducing margin control measure, and maintaining GP consistency with regular line counting, stock audits and action plans.- Devising and implementing new training measures including specification sheets, process documents and operational manuals.- Ensuring the food and service operation is to the high brand standards with regular site audits of service, food presentation and cleanliness.

Woodward Foodservice was placed 3rd in the foodservice market place with an estimated £280m turnover. With 3 telesales centres and 18 distribution centre giving national coverage, Woodward was able to offer a multi temperature delivered operation in both cost and profit sectors of the food industry.My function of development chef at Woodward was to provide culinary support within the national account team by- Driving menu development opportunities with national account customers and engaging in specific food led projects which include menu planning, recipe development & costing, specifications and implementation.- To be a key part of the national account tender process by demonstrating the benefit of selecting Woodward.- Plan and implement product knowledge training within the telesales and field sales team to help drive product sales.

The Chester Grosvenor is a 5 red star hotel located in the historic city of Chester. The hotel boosts a 55 seat Michelin star restaurant, a 150 seat Brassiere and 250 seat banqueting suite. I was employed at the Grosvenor as Senior Sous Chef in the pastry section with a brigade of six. My day to day role required strong man management skills to lead the team in a seven-day operation and extreme versatility to service the hotels many different requirements.The hotel’s Arkle restaurant has held a much coveted Michelin star for over 15 years, working with the Executive chef, Simon Radley the role required focus on developing new and innovative dishes to satisfy customer demand.

Bodsygallen Hall Hotel is a small contry house hotel on the outskirts of Llandudno. Set back in its own ground with fantastic gardens and orchards it holds 3 AA rosettes for its food & service.
