As Head of Europe Data & IT at Entegra I have the technical and data led on 8 countries across Europe, reporting to the European CEO and working within the Europe Leadership team to direct our strategic decisions on Data and System development.My role also collaborates closely with our corporate business, Sodexo, as well as our wider US based business to ensure we maximise the opportunity to leverage on system development as well as master data managements and data domains.With client facing systems seen as our differentiator, I am also responsible for developing strong partnerships with technical solution providers within the Hospitality, Healthcare, Restaurants and Leisure markets. The Chester Grosvenor is a 5 red star hotel located in the historic city of Chester. The hotel boosts a 55 seat Michelin star restaurant, a 150 seat Brassiere and 250 seat banqueting suite. I was employed at the Grosvenor as Senior Sous Chef in the pastry section with a brigade of six. My day to day role required strong man management skills to lead the team in a seven-day operation and extreme versatility to service the hotels many different requirements.The hotel’s Arkle restaurant has held a much coveted Michelin star for over 15 years, working with the Executive chef, Simon Radley the role required focus on developing new and innovative dishes to satisfy customer demand.
