I lead on the building of relationships with our clients, ensuring that our services meet the expectations of our users so that they are getting the most value out of our services, and that our insights are pertinent for their work in public affairs. In this role I also gather and collate customer feedback to inform PoliMonitor's development activity, ensuring that what we build in future continues to be useful, and used, by our clients. Crucially, I have built out my role and the functions attached to it, ensuring that processes and performance indicators are put in place as the company grows.Our clients range from some of the smallest charities in the UK to the largest brands and agencies, and everything in between. As such, I endeavour to keep on top of and abreast of the latest political developments, as well as key policy issues across the UK and beyond.

PoliMonitor's first full time employee, I worked closely with the founding team to build out the business, helping to win some of the company's first clients and carrying out research to plan for future developments of the system.

I worked one day a week to support PoliMonitor in its early days, which at the time was a Twitter monitoring tool tracking political stakeholders across Europe on Twitter, with no full time employees. In this role I worked on correcting and updating the Twitter lists that were used for tracking, establishing a research function that allowed us to keep on top of the constantly changing political environment across Europe. I also began to consider commercial opportunities and potential marketing activities, and assisted in sales pitches.

Working on South and East Asia teams. Assisting with research, monitoring and drafting press releases regarding freedom of religion and belief in countries including China, Nepal, India, North Korea, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Have carried out a number of election observation missions as a short-term observer, with recent observations seeing me take a leading role in small teams on election day.Observations carried out:- National Assembly for Wales election, 2016- United Kingdom European Union membership referendum, 2016- Witney by-election, 2016- United Kingdom general election, 2017 (Maidenhead constituency)- Norwegian parliamentary election, 2017- Catalan self-determination referendum (with IEERT)

Working with a team of international researchers looking at the political and cultural context of the Catalan independence movement. Work included mapping data, taking minutes of meetings and coordinating election day observation of Central Barcelona area.

Assisted the League with their successful non-partisan general election campaign on the impact of the vote on fox hunting in the UK. This included face-to-face campaigning with voters and creating materials for wider social media dissemination. Following this worked with public affairs, press and research teams on a number of initiatives.
