After graduating from Bristol University in 2021, I joined inBeta, a start-up innovating at the intersection of technology and professional services, predominantly supporting global Plc organisations.In this role, I quickly adapted to a rapidly changing environment, learning to navigate and address various operational challenges essential for a company in its early stages. My collaboration with the Managing Partner, alongside guidance from Non-executive Directors and the Investor Board (Mainly comprised of individuals with current or past executive roles in FTSE100 companies), significantly enhanced my skill set. I developed a proficiency in creative problem-solving and efficient project management, gaining experience across several essential business functions such as operational planning, administrative efficiency, data analysis, and client engagement/services.
