I train assessment creators/owners on the creating meaningful assessment and use metrics to do quality care. Questionmark's proposed Excel template to generate csv files for import takes up to several hours to fill. I used KNIME to do the same in under 1 minute, vastly optimising the migration effort. For several months I focused on collecting and especially cleaning data from Cornerstone SBX and translating that into migration workflows that are in line with Workday's constraints. During this period my ETL capabilities were seriously challenged which gave me the opportunity to up my KNIME Analytics and Excel Power Query M language skills. After go-live, I focused on assessments which we could not migrate to Workday by lack of built-in assessment tool. In this role I supported the business and the L&D department in making best use of the Cornerstone SBX Learning Management System and coached them designing meaningful learning programs and skill assessments. In additition I focused on custom of reporting meeting audit requirements and the development of learning metrics.During this period I also focused on understanding the LMS data and work with the business to get a clean course catalogue in preparation of a migration to Workday Learning.

This module linked with student and diploma administration, SAP Successfactors for personnel administration and Elsevier PURE for managing academic publications.
