In my role as Head of Instructional Design at The e-learning company (formerly TCI), I am responsible for ensuring all of the e-learning projects that go out to our clients are up to the high standards that the team has set for itself. I help our instructional designers by providing a practical and creative sounding board for their ideas which draws on my years of experience as an e-learning instructional designer, developer and graphic designer.
